Bringing it -- Phase 2!

Today, Phase 2 began. I didn't have a chance to take pictures and so forth but I'll do that tomorrow.

Today's workout: Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps with our favorite Ab Ripper X. CST moves fairly quickly and none of the moves are repeated. The push-ups, though, ai-yi-yi-yi-yi!
