Monday...

I feel like I need to turn this blog back into a glorified to-do list for myself again.

Eating:
I need to do a little meal planning and pick up a few groceries today.
I've dug out my various trackers and plan to get back to that.

Flylady:
Zone: Living Room - Clearing/Decluttering a few surfaces and vaccuuming
Laundry Mountain is getting to ready to erupt.

Workout:
Not sure yet. Definitely something that involves stretching. If I can manage it, I may walk over to my brother's house to drop off something for my SIL. I am still crazy sore from the run on Saturday. Climbing stairs has been (and continues to be) a major challenge. Ugh. Fortunately, it's all DOMS: mainly my quads and calves. Knees, hips, other joints are all doing fine.
