I know I am a little late to this party but I'm diving headfirst into (what I hope is) the deep end.
My gym announced the addition of TRX equipment a few weeks ago and I am heading over for an introductory class shortly. I also signed up for an 8 week "group ex" TRX class that starts in 2 weeks.
If I can't lift my arms above my waist or sit tomorrow, you all will know why. :)

If that was the orienation, I'm not sure I'll be able to move once I start the regular classes.
