Wednesday

Grr, just lost my last post.

Anyhow, in the spirit of consistency, I opted for Cathe Friedrich's High Step Circuit last night. I heavied up where I could but overall, I'm pleased to report this workout was a little too easy for me. I even added on the extra stability ball ab routine. Still, I'll keep it around for nights like last night when my energy level was pretty low.

This morning I decided that I needed to do something today, class or no class tonight, so I hopped on my Spin bike and pedaled my way through Mindy Mylrea's Cycle Challenge. I thought it was a nice touch that they filmed it outside although in reality I was sweating and panting too hard to notice much.

Is that the introductory high step workout, or is it the Advanced High Step one? (Duh, I should just follow your link, hehe.)

Did you order her new series? I did and I'm so glad! The previews look awesome and that's just what I'm wanting to do right now, getting in both strength AND cardio. I'm so bored with my cardio. I'm thinking about getting a treadmill, even! Just so I have something to do that's a little mindless, you know?

I'm looking forward to them too! The idea of a 4 day split really appeals to me.

This was my first time pre-ordering on the first day. I usually hold out as long as possible.

Oh, and yes, that is the beginner/intermediate High Step workout. :)
