So, tomorrow I'll be starting a new P90X rotation. This time it will be the Classic Program.
I haven't done the Fit Test yet. I'm thinking I'll get it knocked out tomorrow morning before I start.
Ditto the Day 1 photos. Hmm... Now that's a scary thought!
I guess it's fitting. Let's start a new rotation the day after the biggest eating holiday of the year? :)
The first week's workouts are:
Week 1:
Day 1: Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X
Day 2: Plyometrics
Day 3: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 4: Yoga X
Day 5: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
Day 6: Kenpo X
Day 7: Rest or X Stretch
