Rose, how did it go??? I'm already derailed here (service men in my house all day, consumed by work project, kids came home, ice cream called out to me, etc.) but determined to get back on tomorrow. You're so inspiring!!! xox

I made it through! I had the day off, so I tackled my workouts after running a few errands.

Mmm, ice cream... I'll 'fess up to my indulgence tomorrow. LOL.
