Working from home today. It's probably a good thing. According to the clinic, I have bronchitis. So much for feeling better. Anyhow, I've got a full complement of Rx drugs to kick this thing.
I did take a rest day yesterday and actually got a pretty good night's sleep last night. No workout today. At least not yet.

Rose, I'm glad you went to the clinic and didn't use yourself as a germ incubator, PLUS you went before the bad weather hit, so that was good timing.
I'm glad to hear you're out of the weather, actually, I've been thinking of you while watching the news. ((hugs))
Actually, we didn't get hit nearly as badly everyone predicted. We got quite a bit of rain but the temps cooperated and it stayed above freezing pretty much all day around here. It could have been pretty ugly (and I know it was a few miles north of here).
