I'm finally feeling human again today. I haven't been sick, just generally rundown. Last night, I finally got enough sleep or something. Ahem, I suppose falling asleep at 8:30 pm may have had something to do with that.
I'm making an executive decision. I knew I was in trouble when I couldn't get excited about actually ordering P90X+. And after being unable to force myself to finish my workout yesterday, I'm officially taking a break from this rotation.
If I'm not doing workouts I enjoy, I'm not going to workout at all and that's just not acceptable right now.
Besides, I miss doing step! I miss my spinning workouts! I miss Cathe! And my Bosu! And the Firm! And and and...
For the moment, my general plan is to do a couple of weeks of Cathe's 4 Day Split workouts and alternate those days with a few non-Cathe workouts. I may come back to P90X but for now, I just need to do something different.

Yay Rose! Congrats for listening to your body and your gut on this one. :) Workouts should be fun, not drudgery and something to push yourself through.
