Cathe ICE Workout Series - Bootcamp Circuit

My second foray into Cathe's ICE Workout Series was Bootcamp Circuit.  Once again, the routine is runs around 50 minutes and is designed to challenge an intermediate exerciser.  Again, there are modifications shown to make the moves more or less intense as needed.

The workout runs through 6 cycles that consist of cardio, lower body weight, upper body weights and core work.  Each cycle lasts about 5 minutes and the simple cardio routines become more intense each cycle.

For me, this total body workout is a winner.  The format is reminiscent of Jillian Michaels' workouts but slower paced and with less yelling.  (The trade-off is that the workout requires more equipment.)  There is plenty of variety and the cardio is easy enough to modify to personal preference.
