So, Weight Watchers, still think SmartPoints was a Smart idea?

To be clear, I believe the Plan is fine, if a little overly restrictive.  Only time will tell.

The article makes no mention of the loss of long-term customers following the disastrous roll-out and subsequent customer service nightmare.  A quick look at the WW FB page shows continued complaints of technical difficulties and outages.

Hopefully, the new CEO will realize that customer service and useful tools that actually work are more important than celebrity endorsements.
