Diary of a Wanna-Be Runner

Happy National Running Day!

I know it's been a while but after a week of "memories" of races past popping up in my other social media, I decided I want to get back to running.


Here I go.

Today's walk/jog work out was 1.75 miles in 28 min.  It's a start.  The same route walking usually takes me 35-37 minutes.  (I've always been a turtle pace-wise plus I was accompanied by a dog who needed a few pit stops along the way.)
