Better today, I think. I'm staying away from the scale for now but I'm reasonably sure things are improving in that area. (I promise I'm not usually so obsessed with the scale but sheesh!)
I'm hoping to get together with a friend this morning. She and her family are visiting her in-laws and I'm hoping to catch them on their way out of town.
Exercise-wise, I got in a good run yesterday. My goal right now is to run twice a week. I'm hoping that is enough to get me where I want to be in November. I'm definitely ok on distance. I'm working on improving my speed now.
Workout today: It will be some kind of weights. It's a toss-up right now between Firm Vol. 3 and Tough Tape.

Update: I ended up working out with Firm Super Sculpting. It felt great to workout with heavier weights.
