Thursday?

Yes, Thursday.

Since I'm fresh out of being creative, I figured I'd share a couple more P90X+ clips, courtesy of YouTube.

Note to self: You really are going to need a chin-up/pull-up bar. And a set of those push-up things probably wouldn't hurt.

Are these the same workouts as the other two or are they different??

I think they are all clips from the same workout: Total Body Plus. However, Carl Daikeler only lists them as "P90X+" so who knows?

I have to do some research on the push-up stands. The ones they are using are a new Tony-developed product called "Power Stands." Supposedly, the shape (the handles are actually slanted) is the best from an ergonomic perspective.

I had actually been considering buying a set of these: http://www.perfectpushup.com . I'm a little concerned about wrist issues and was thinking using something like this might help.

Hmm.... is Tony selling his on the site? I do need to get those. I guess they'd replace pushup bars, right? (DUH)
