Started my week with a 35 min run. Cardio Coach Vol. 2. I'd hoped to go a little longer but canine guilt convinced me to take the pup for a walk first. Those sad eyes do it every. single. time. :)
Not a lot going on this week. Class tonight and then prepping for the family get-togethers this weekend. It's already more of a headache than I care to think about. Sigh. I love my family. Really.
How soon is "too soon" to start drinking?

Families. so. much. fun.
Dayum. DH had said something about 10:30 am on Wednesday. I should have known it was too good to be true.
Hang in there, Rose! T-day will be here before you know it, and you can kick back and enjoy as much alcohol as you like!
Rose, I feel your pain.
To paraphrase the lovely Marie, you have to love families. You HAVE to love them, because otherwise you'd kill them.
Thanks, ladies!
For the most part, my family is really not that bad. After reading horror stories, I know I am very very fortunate. The problem is the sheer volume of people that are involved any time we get together. Our Thanksgiving dinner this year will actually be fairly small compared to some years but we're still talking about 45 people.
I rarely drink but I discovered last year that a couple of glasses of wine made Thanksgiving SO much more enjoyable. (In my family, there are just so many children that drinking has never really been part of holiday celebrations but I think that's changing...)
Be the change, Rose. Be the change :)
