So, day 2 = Plyometrics. This is another workout that I hadn't really done very often. It is not included in the P90X Lean rotation. I did attempt this interval workout after completing the rotation and survived, but I was dreading it. It was both harder and easier than I remembered. Without a doubt: it's tough. My HR was through the roof throughout. OTOH, I didn't struggle quite as much as I expected until I got to the end. My tuck jumps were pretty weak, especially that second round, and, well, sports drills were never my forte. Still, I was pleased overall.
I took some scary Day 1 photos. I will probably post them at some point. Maybe after Phase 1.
In a fit of optimism (and a can't-refuse Black Friday sale), I bought a pair of my favorite jeans in a smaller size. I definitely have my work cut out for me for the next 5-6 weeks to hit my goal. I was able to get them on although I couldn't quite get the button fastened. I'll definitely post a pic when I can wear those!
Eating was better as well. I'm finishing up the last of the leftovers but it's mostly in line with my diet (ie - turkey and veggies).
