Now this workout I definitely remembered from before. I really heavied up and I know I'm going to feel this one tomorrow. I don't really like spending an hour just on my arms but I know the rotation is balanced so everything else will be equally worked.
And then, of course, ARX again. I've identified a few moves I'll be modifying on Thursday. For some reason, my back is complaining.
Also, before starting, I finished the Fit Test. I dug out my notes from my last P90X rotation and have been comparing results. It's been a year and a half but I'm so glad I kept the notes. It's given me some good information for comparison purposes.
Tomorrow, the return of Yoga X...
