Day 5 and I'm done: Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X. L&B is probably my favorite P90X workout.
My legs are fried. Here's hoping I can walk tomorrow...
Update: Yes, I can still walk, but barely. This workout really sneaks up on me. So many of the lower body moves are done without extra weights, that I always think it won't be very effective, but that would be wrong.
I also made a real attempt to change up moves with the bands for back since I haven't yet committed to a pull-up bar (soon). My back muscles all feel worked and pleasantly sore.
I'm not sure why L&B is my favorite P90X workout. I guess I just like working my lower body. This was one reason that the P90X Lean program didn't really satisfy me. No Plyometrics at all and No L&B that last month.

Rose, I really like the non-weighted lower body stuff, too. However.... I'm concerned if this is going to be enough for me. My major lower body issue right now is the "thutt" area and I'm not sure non-weighted stuff is going to give me some freaking lift, lol. I think I need to build some serious muscle in that area, kwim? We'll see. But I agree this is a fun workout. My FAVE P90X, though, is Shoulders & Arms. That workout ROCKS!
I love Shoulders & Arms *and* Core Synergistics. Oh yeah, and also PlyoX (sorta).
Well, I'll just say that my glutes have been complaining all week. I think the combo of Plyo and L&B will be good enough for now, but maybe I'll change my mind in a few weeks.
Core Synergistics: this is the one I dread the most. I did it at least once a week for the Lean program. Ack. P90M Core Cardio is similar so I may swap out for that one.
Although S&A is a great workout, I have linebacker shoulders already, so I'm just not enamoured of it. :)
