It was very, very late for me but I made it through Kenpo X. I'd planned to start earlier but we had a minor snafu at home that prevented that. Grr. We had to run an errand that took longer than it should have. Oh, well, it had to be done.
I enjoy Kenpo X but I will most likely substitute one of my TurboKick Rounds for this one going forward. I just think they are a more fun workout although, after L&B, I really needed all of that stretching before starting.
At any rate, this more or less brings week 1 to a close. I do have X Stretch on Thursday but it is optional.
Update: X Stretch - done! Week 1 is over. Bring on Week 2!

I really didn't like KenpoX all that much ... it wasn't a lot of fun. I think subbing the TurboKick is a great idea.
Pretty much any kickboxing workout I've tried is more 'fun' than Kenpo. LOL. Still, sometimes the no-nonsense approach is a good thing.
I am curious to see how different the new Kenpo Cardio will be.
I tend to like Kenpo X because I enjoy the punching combos (I am all about smacking the sh&t out of people these days), but I agree the fun factor is sorely lacking. Also, I just don't find the intensity with this one, although I suspect it's designed to NOT be balls-to-the-walls cardio....
