Still not feeling great but it's Friday, so that makes everything a little better, right?
Workout: I started week 3 today with Chest & Back. I wasn't really 'feeling' this one, so I figured all the more reason to just get it done first thing. This is the last time for this workout until week 9. I also got Ab Ripper X knocked out.

Yes, it sure does.
My cold keeps hanging on. Ugh. I thought I had shaken it, but this morning, achoo! achoo! achoo! >:-/ I hope yours doesn't decide to stick around for a few weeks.

Congratulations on keeping it up with P90X. I'm just starting Phase Three yesterday and I can tell you that all of the work is worth it. I'd already done the work to lost 50 pound in the year before I started P90X, but while I felt lighter, I didn't feel better. I found P90X on one of those infomercials but everything that Tony was saying was lining up with what I'd been researching on the Internet, so I chose to take the plunge. It's been worth every penny and moment.
Like you, I went through rounds of nausea during phase one, but they went away in phase two and now I'm excited about repeating the whole routine again after the first of the year!
Good luck and keep up the hard work! If you get stuck or just need some encouragement, feel free to contact me at my blog below.

PS In a kind of sick way, it makes me happy to know that a woman is struggling with yoga. I've read a lot and watched a ton of Fit TV to try to learn how to be better at yoga and it's always the face of a woman staring back at me. I was thinking that I had the deck stacked against me because I am a man. Knowing that you struggle with it too makes me happy that it's not because I'm a man, just that I'm normal.
Yay, Rose!
