Back is better. (But I still blew off ARX last night.)
Cold seems to be getting worse.
Yuck.
I'm staying on schedule, though, and knocked out Turbokick Best of Vol. 3 in place of Kenpo X (Sorry, Tony.) this morning. Yeow! 3 Turbos in that one! It's too bad that Chalene can't make workouts like this one anymore. Also, I realized that I have far too many "virgin" TK rounds so I'll definitely be mixing it up with these for the rest of the rotation.

Rose, here I am, crawling in to see how you are doing on "our" rotation. HAHAHAAHA! Your rotation, that is, and you are kicking ass!
I hope the cold eases up. Do you think you messed up your back doing the pullups? Are you still using the band or did you find a bar? Anyway, feel better!
Marie! Hang in there! Seriously, I know I'll be taking a couple of days off in the next few weeks so you can still catch up.
I'm still using the bands although I did buy a pull-up bar this past weekend. I just need to get it mounted.
I'm not exactly sure what I did to my back. It wasn't the workouts that caused the problem, though. I had slept funny the night before.
