Wednesday

Ok, I'm back at work today. I'm through suggesting that I'm feeling better and I'm just hoping the antibiotics kick in pretty quickly. Good drugs = much better sleep, though.

I'm hoping to pick up the pieces of my rotation here tonight. My plan is do a shorter yoga workout tonight, Legs & Back tomorrow, and then some form of kickboxing on Friday. That way I can go straight into my recovery week starting on Saturday.

Recovery Week:

1 - Yoga X
2 - Core Synergistics
3 - Kenpo X
4 - X Stretch
5 - Core Synergistics
6 - Yoga X
7 - Rest or X Stretch

Update: I did manage a workout tonight: American Power Yoga - Strength. I don't find this as challenging as Yoga X, but it does provide a thorough total-body workout. Overall the workout is shorter with considerably less time spent on the Warrior series and ab-specific poses, but still some challenging and different balance poses.
