Yoga X - Done!
Fortunately, class did finish early so I tackled Yoga X last night. All of it. This workout fills me with dread due to its length: 90 min. I hadn't attempted this workout in over a year. Although I do yoga workouts from time to time, I am by no means consistent.
Anyhow, I was pleased I could get through most of it with no problems. I'm not sure I'll ever do the Crow pose on my own. :) The last major segment, the ab work, "Yoga Belly 7," left me feeling extremely nauseous. I'm hoping that was just exhaustion kicking in because it was pretty late, but, well, d@yum...
And I'm officially finished with school for the semester. Woohoo!
